Bilan:

La Corée du sud se réveille ce matin avec la gueule de bois au terme d’un match pourrie par des décisions d’arbitrage illégitimes et très largement favorables aux joueurs de la sélection suisse. Mis à part le match il est venue le moment de tirer un bilan de cette coupe du monde qui a révéler quelques enseignements vis-à-vis de la sélection sud-coréenne. Vu l’humeur du jour je vais d’abord commencé par les déceptions, tout d’abord le coaching d’Advocaat qui est incompréhensible tout a commencé avec une défense à 5 face au Togo et une équipe qui avait du mal à évoluer dans ce système de jeu et l’absence de Kim Nam Il dans l’équipe de départ, la rentrée de Ahn Jung Hwan avait alors fait beaucoup de bien n’a ensuite jamais été titularisé aux cotés de Cho Jae Jin. Il a poursuive ses erreurs face a la France ou il a aligné trois récupérateurs la Corée jouait alors trop bas et ne trouvait aucune solution. Mais que dire du match contre la suisse ou il n’aligne pas Lee Eul Young qui est le meilleur récupérateur de l’équipe sud-coréenne et a préféré aligner Lee Ho qui a raté tous ses matchs durant la coupe du monde, à noter aussi sur ce match la présence du catastrophique Kim Jin Kyu contre le Togo qui joue le match décisif ce qui est normal. Du coté des bon points il y a la très bonne coupe du monde de Choi Jin Cheul personnellement je l’ai adoré défensivement ça a été le meilleur défenseur il a sereinement une défense dont la plupart des joueurs ne sont pas les plus sereins. L’autre satisfaction vient du fait que la Corée a gagné son premier match en coupe du monde dans une coupe du monde organisée hors de ses frontières et qu’elle a bien figuré dans le groupe.

Les Plus :

Choi Jin Cheul, La première victoire à l’étranger, Le match nul contre la France, Une équipe jeune qui progressera d’ici 2010 avec sans doute la dernière chance pour Lee Dong Gook de disputer une coupe du monde

Les Neutres :

Park Ji Sung qui n’a pas forcement eu assez d’influence dans le jeu coréen mais cela est sans doute du l’option tactique choisie mis a part le match contre le Togo il n’a pas énormément apporté

Les Moins :

Le coaching dont le système de jeu et les choix tactiques, Kim Jin Kyu, Lee Ho qui doit être l’amis de l’entraîneur, une équipe qui presse moins qu’en 2002

Assesment:

South Korea awakes this morning with the hangover because of a match rotted by illegitimate decisions of refereing very favorable to the players of the Swiss selection. Beside the match came the moment to do assessment of this world cup which revealed some lesson about the South Korean selection. Considering the mood of the day I will start with disappointments, first of all the coaching of Advocaat which is incomprehensible it began against Togo with a defense with 5 players and a team which had trouble to evolve in this game system and the absence of Kim Nam Il in the starting team was also surprising, the entry of Ahn Jung Hwan had then done a great job but he was never in the initial team at least next to Cho Jae Jin. He continued his errors against where he aligned three Middlefield recuperators, played then too low and did not find any solution in the game. Last but not least mistake against Switzerland he didn’t align Lee Eul Young who is the best recuperator of the South Korean team and preferred to align Lee Ho who was the worse player all all matches during the world cup. To be noted too that on this match the presence of the catastrophic Kim Jin Kyu against Togo who plays the decisive match what is so normal (?!). Well there is also some good points with the very good world cup of Choi Jin Cheul personally I adored him, defensively he was for sure the best and made a bit peacefully a defence whose majority of players weren’t so serene. Other satisfaction comes from the fact that gained her first match out of during a world cup and she didn’t do a so bad job in her group.

Good Points:

Choi Jin Cheul, the first victory abroad, equality result against France, a young team which will progress and earn experience before the next world cup in 2010 and with undoubtedly the last chance for Lee Dong Gook to dispute a world cup 

 Neutrals Points:

Park Ji Sung who didn’t have enough influence in the Korean way to play but that is undoubtedly because of the tactical option selected, except again he didn’t got enough influence in the team

Bad Points:

The coaching so the system of playing and tactical choices, Kim Jin Kyu, Lee Ho who must be the friends of the coach, a team which presses less than in 2002

C’est dimanche 18 juin à 21 heures, heure française qu’a eu lieu la rencontre France- Corée dans un stade cette fois ci autant aux couleurs de la France que de la Corée mais la majeure partie du match a résonné au son des supporters coréens. Advocaat a aligné une équipe un peu moins repliée sur elle-même que contre le Togo même si on a eu du mal a trouvé des solutions. Tout d’abord on a assisté a la titularisation de Kim Nam Il et la surprenante non titularisation de Ahn Jung Hwan qui a été remplacé par un Cho Jae Jin qui a gagné la plupart de ses duels aériens ainsi qu’il a effectué un énorme travail de pivot. La première mi-temps a été plutôt mauvaise pour la Corée qui a été dominé dans les duels et avait du mal à passer le premier rideau français. Le jeu coréen a abusé de long ballon sur Cho Jae Jin et même Park Ji Sung a perdu la plupart de ses duels cela s’est d’ailleurs traduit au tableau d’affichage par un but des le début du match. La seconde mi-temps quand à elle a été plus probante avec une Corée du sud qui a repris la possession du ballon et qui avait en face d’elle une équipe de France fatiguée et qui ne pouvait plus suivre le rythme de la corée. A noter la très bonne entré de Seol Ki Hyeon quand il est passé coté droit il a gagné la plupart de ses duels face à Abidal grâce notamment à sa pointe de vitesse. Le but coréen est d’ailleurs arrivé sur un de ses centres qu’a transformé Park Ji Sung en but…L’équipe sud-coréenne a sur ce match plutôt bien défendue et résisté au assauts français et bien bloqué Franck Ribery lors de son entrée. Ce match nul a plus le goût de la victoire que du nul mais attention à la suisse…

It’s on Sunday 18 June at 9 p.m., that took place the match France- Korea in a stadium this time half blue of French supporters and half reds of Koreans one but the major part of the match resounded the sound of the Korean supporters. Advocaat aligned a team a little less defensive than against even if got some difficulties to found solutions in the game. First of all the team was composed by Kim Nam It and the surprise was the missing of Ahn Jung Hwan the hero of the match against Togo but instead of him we kept just one attacker, Cho Jae Jin whose won the majority of his air duels and he did a great and hard work as a pivot in our team last night. The first half was rather bad for which was dominated in the duels and had difficulties to pass the first French curtain. The Korean play misused long passes on Cho Jae Jin and even Park Ji Sung lost the majority of his duels so France legitimately goaled at the beginning of the match. Second half was more convincing with a team of which took again the possession of the ball and which played against a tired team of and which could not follow the rhythm of any more. Seol Ki Hyeon did a great entered in the match when he went to the right side of the attack; he won the majority of his duels against Abidal thanks in particular to his speed. The Korean goal arrived with one of his pass transformed by Park Ji Sung into goal… the South Korean team defended very well during the match and resisted to the French attacks and blocked well Franck Ribery at the time of his entry. This 1:1 match has the taste of the victory but now we must take care of  Swiss…
